- Board of Public Works approval letter (when Street, sidewalk or Riverwalk closure; three weeks prior)
- Additional Permits form, site plan and applicable permits (when Temporary structures, staging and other applicable event features)
- The county provides online applications for food, mobile, temporary food, and event plan review. The county process and payment are separate from the city application. Temporary-food applications must be completed at least seven days before the event.
- Obtain required local law-enforcement authorization first, then use the ATC online temporary beer/wine application at least five full business days before the event. Historical paper instructions are not the current process.
- Use the current IDHS Services Gateway for applicable amusement, entertainment, and tent permitting. Provide the required plans and anchorage documents and complete inspection. IDHS does not accept mailed payments.
